Terms of Service
These terms cover use of the Immersyn website, preview flow, proposals, and services unless a signed service agreement says otherwise.
Last updated: May 31, 2026
Business identity
Immersyn is operated by JTK Partners LLC, doing business as Immersyn, in Virginia, United States. References to “Immersyn,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean JTK Partners LLC.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about our services, submit an inquiry, review a proposal, or access client features. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security, submit false information, or attempt to access systems or data that are not intended for you.
Previews and proposals
Free previews are for evaluation and planning. A preview is not a promise that a final site will include every idea, section, integration, or visual shown before scope, content, and plan are approved. Proposals may expire, and pricing can change until accepted.
Plans, billing, and launch
$0 setup pricing requires a 12-month service agreement. First month is due before launch.
No-contract plans are available with the setup fee shown at checkout or in the proposal.
Launch work may depend on your timely delivery of content, approvals, domain access, brand assets, third-party account access, and payment. Taxes, third-party software, ad spend, premium plugins, domains, custom integrations, and unusual hosting requirements may cost extra unless a proposal states otherwise.
Cancellation and renewals
After the minimum term, service is month-to-month. Early cancellation before the minimum term may require a buyout of remaining build value if included in the signed agreement.
If your plan is set up as a recurring subscription, cancellation instructions should be clear in your proposal, portal, or billing communication. We aim to make cancellation practical and documented. You remain responsible for charges already incurred and any agreed early cancellation or build-value buyout.
Updates and support
Included update requests depend on your plan. Routine text, image, hours, service, and small layout updates are generally included within plan limits. New features, redesigns, advanced integrations, ecommerce configuration, custom automations, copywriting beyond agreed scope, or urgent work may require a separate quote.
Ownership and licenses
After 24 consecutive months of paid service, website ownership may transfer as described in the signed proposal or service agreement.
You keep ownership of your business name, logo, photos, written content you provide, and other materials you already own. You grant us permission to use those materials to provide the service. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, systems, internal code, admin workflows, and know-how unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure content you provide is accurate, lawful, and permitted to use. You are responsible for business licenses, professional claims, regulated-industry disclosures, refund policies, appointment policies, testimonials, images, service descriptions, and industry-specific compliance that applies to your business.
No guaranteed results
We work to improve presentation, trust, speed, and conversion paths, but we do not guarantee search rankings, ad results, lead volume, revenue, platform approvals, or third-party service availability.
AI-assisted services
AI-assisted features support drafting, routing, summarizing, and workflow automation. Customer-facing messages, regulated claims, offers, pricing, and business policies remain subject to client review and approval.
AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving business facts, offers, regulated claims, professional statements, pricing, legal language, and customer-facing policies before they are published or sent.
Marketing communications
Marketing email must include required sender information, unsubscribe handling, and a valid mailing address. Marketing SMS is opt-in only and must honor STOP/opt-out requests.
We do not send cold SMS marketing. Cold prospect outreach, if used, requires founder review and must use lawful contact methods, truthful sender identity, opt-out handling, and accurate non-misleading claims.
Reviews and testimonials
Review requests may only be sent for real customer interactions. We do not fabricate reviews, testimonials, ratings, endorsements, credentials, awards, licenses, insurance, or customer results. Client-provided testimonials must be accurate and permitted to use.
Third-party services
Your site may depend on third-party providers such as hosting, domains, analytics, forms, payment processors, email, SMS, maps, booking tools, CRMs, or review platforms. Their terms, outages, pricing, and policy changes are outside our control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and previews are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Virginia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed agreement specifies a different governing law.
