Information we collect
We collect information you choose to submit, including your name, business name, email, phone number, business category, service area, current website, address, selected plan, messages, and marketing consent choices. If you become a client, we may also store proposal, checkout, site, support, hosting, billing, and launch information.
We may also collect technical information such as pages visited, form submission timestamps, device/browser data, security logs, and basic analytics needed to run, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to create previews and proposals, respond to inquiries, operate client portals, manage billing and hosting, provide support, improve our services, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
If you opt in to email follow-up, we may send proposal and service-related emails. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. We only send marketing SMS when you have opted in to SMS, and you can opt out by replying STOP.
Vendors and service providers
We use service providers to run the business, including hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, SMS delivery when enabled, and internal automation tools. These providers process information on our behalf so we can provide the service.
We may use AI-assisted tools to draft website copy, summarize inquiries, prepare proposals, audit websites, classify leads, suggest follow-up, and create internal reports. AI-assisted outputs are used to support operations and should be reviewed before customer-facing use.
Payments are handled by Stripe or another payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Prospect discovery
Immersyn may review publicly available business information to identify companies that might benefit from website services. Discovered prospects are kept separate from inbound inquiries, may be marked do-not-contact, and are not sent SMS marketing without explicit opt-in.
Email and SMS choices
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method and our mailing information where required. SMS marketing is only sent after explicit opt-in and can be stopped by replying STOP. We may still send non-marketing service messages needed to respond to an inquiry, proposal, client support request, billing issue, or security matter.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, when you ask us to, during a business transaction, to comply with law, or to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the service.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including business records, contracts, support history, compliance logs, and fraud prevention. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe link in those emails. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, billing, or business operations.
Children
This service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit children's personal information through the site.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no website, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
