Site rescue / For service businesses across the US

Free website audit.
Clear next steps.

Before you rebuild, find out what actually needs attention. We review your AI-built or DIY website and send a clear, prioritized assessment of search access, mobile use, customer contact and ongoing care.

Start with a problem you can check yourself

Can people find it?

Can Google find and index the important pages? We check the site’s public search signals and explain what still needs verification.

Can customers use it?

Can someone on a phone finish the main action? We review navigation, readability, form paths and contact details.

Can you see what happens?

Is tracking or analytics in place, and can inquiries reach the right owner? We separate what we can verify publicly from checks that need access.

Can you keep it working?

What will maintenance look like in six months? We flag likely issues with updates, ownership, hosting and handoff.

You receive findings and recommended next steps. Nothing changes on your site. Any repair work is scoped and approved separately.

Start with what you notice

What is your
website missing?

Use these checks to describe the problem. Keep the page URL, device and what happened so your designer can reproduce it.

A practical guide from Immersyn. These checks help narrow the cause; they are not a complete technical, accessibility or legal audit.

I can’t find my business on Google.

Check the exact page. In your verified Google Search Console property, inspect the public HTTPS URL. Read Page indexing and the Google-selected canonical. Run Test live URL to check current crawl access and indexing permission.

Separate access from visibility. A successful live test does not confirm indexing. An indexed page can still have few impressions or rank below other results. Use the Performance report for the actual searches, pages and dates; a search in your own browser is only one observation.

What we can check. We review public page access, titles, canonical URLs, internal links and sitemap access. Your Search Console evidence is needed to confirm Google’s indexing and search activity. See the search checks before launch.

People visit, but inquiries don’t reach me.

Follow the customer’s next step. Open your main service page on a phone. Can you tell what is offered, where you work and how to call, book or ask for a quote? Follow the contact link and check the phone number, labels and required fields.

Confirm delivery with the owner. With permission, send one clearly labeled test inquiry and confirm it arrives in the intended inbox or lead system. A success message alone does not establish delivery. Agree who will remove the test record.

What we can check. The public audit reviews the route and visible form behavior. Inbox delivery, lead handling and conversion data need your evidence or separately agreed access. We do not submit inquiries during the public review.

The site is awkward to use on a phone.

Try a real customer task. Find a service, open the menu and reach the contact form on your own phone. Look for text that needs zooming, sideways scrolling, covered buttons or fields hidden by the keyboard.

Check a second way of using it. On a computer, use Tab and Enter to follow the same route. The current focus should stay visible, the menu should open and close, and each field should have a clear label.

What we can check. We identify reproducible layout and navigation problems on the reviewed pages. These spot checks do not certify accessibility compliance or establish how fast the site is for all visitors. Review the launch checklist for mobile use.

I don’t know who keeps the website working.

Check the handoff. Find who controls the domain and hosting, when renewals are due, how content is updated and who responds when a form or page fails. Keep account recovery details with the authorized owner.

Check what you can take with you. Read the current agreement for ownership, cancellation, content licenses and export arrangements. Ask your provider to explain anything unclear before changing services.

What we can check. We flag visible maintenance issues and questions to resolve. Private account access, backups and contractual ownership cannot be verified from the public website. Explore how our managed website service works.

What your assessment explains

A finding.
A reason.
A next step.

We prioritize obstacles to customer contact and public access. Each finding distinguishes something observed from something that needs an owner’s check.

01 / Evidence

Where the problem appears.

The affected page, the device or action reviewed, and the observed behavior. For example: a mobile contact button covers a required form field. This is an illustrative finding, not a client result.

02 / Impact

Why it deserves attention.

Whether it obstructs a customer task, confuses the offer or affects search access. We do not turn a limited public review into a ranking promise or an invented conversion score.

03 / Next step

What to fix or verify.

A recommended action, what access it needs and how to check the result. Any repair, redesign or account work requires a separately agreed scope.

Keep what already works

Repair or rebuild?

A broken link, a confusing contact route or a mobile spacing problem may need a focused repair. A rebuild may make sense when the current structure cannot support your services, repeated fixes are difficult or there is no workable maintenance path.

The assessment helps you compare those options before committing. There is no payment or service commitment to request the audit, and it does not guarantee a particular Google position.

Planning a rebuild? Use our free website design brief with a fillable PDF to prepare your services, approved photos and inquiry path before agreeing the scope.

Share the problem, not your passwords.

Start with the public website address, what you want customers to do and the issue you noticed. A page URL and the phone or browser you used are useful. Do not send passwords, API keys or private customer records.
